We want all of our guests to have a relaxing, authentic experience of independent living in the Costa del Sol region of Spain. We want to offer our guests a more genuine, personal experience than a hotel is able to offer, so they can enjoy an independent stay with all possible conveniences and services.

As a long term tenant you will enjoy the unique benefit of having an on-site contact, a reception open 7 days a week, concierge program to assist you with any queries you might have and our own 100% dedicated handyman. We offer easy convenient living in both furnished or unfurnished apartments.

Long term – 11 months contracts:

2 bedroom unfurnished, from 1.200€/month

2 bedroom UF penthouse, from 1.300€/month

3 bedroom unfurnished, from 1.250€/month

2 bedroom furnished, from 1.500€/month

3 bedroom furnished, from 1.650€/month

2 months deposit
